Legal - Flexibility to scale support up or down as needed, with none of the long-term obligations of hiring a full-time employee.
Financial - You only pay for the hours you’ve agreed upon. There are none of the added National Insurance, Holiday and Sick pay, Pension, IT/Equipment, Office space, Insurance and other miscellaneous employee-related overheads and administration.
I offer various monthly flexible contract plans with no tie-in. You can switch to any other plan at any time.
