What makes your services different from hiring a full-time employee?

Legal - Flexibility to scale support up or down as needed, with none of the long-term obligations of hiring a full-time employee.

 

Financial - You only pay for the hours you’ve agreed upon. There are none of the added National Insurance, Holiday and Sick pay, Pension, IT/Equipment, Office space, Insurance and other miscellaneous employee-related overheads and administration.

Do you have a cancellation or refund policy?

Yes, I do. For cancellations, I ideally ask for a month’s notice to plan accordingly. However, I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible.

If a cancellation occurs, I kindly request that any outstanding invoices are settled within 7 days.

How do you communicate with clients?

Exactly as you prefer it - Email, Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp (or your preferred chat software).
